At Soleo Health Dallas, it’s easy to complete our referral process. If you’re a patient looking to utilize our specialty therapies, contact your provider. They can send a referral directly to the Soleo Health team.
Once we receive your referral, we’ll complete the insurance verification process. Then, we will appoint a Patient Ambassador.
Your Ambassador is your main point of contact during the onboarding process. They’re responsible for coordinating your personalized care and answering questions you may have. Whether you have insurance benefits or wish to discuss a scheduled appointment, you can contact them.
